Perhaps I would be remiss in not posting something on 9/11. After all, Waylon’s Revolution is about politics, conspiracy theories, rants, and what not.
In the history of the United States there are most likely two days of infamy. Days that we can ask, where were you…
I can remember where I was – in geometry class. This was another day of dismal studies for me. Class was ending and students were standing at the door, ready to catch up their gossip. I, being the loner that I am, always prefered the back. Mr. Waters got up from the desk to take time out from his Ebay and turned the television on. And there stood the towers, wounded. Black smoke billowed out from her gaping wound.
Classes were canceled that day as truth hit home to America. We weren’t invincible. America, as they said, was under attack.
Since that time, we’ve seen two atrocious investigations, evidence and witnesses excluded (WTC debris was carried off almost immediately), our nations name tarnished by torture, two conflicts with no chance of being ended by either side, the list goes on.
When I used to tell people that September 11, 2001 was an “inside job”, I would be met with stiff and sometimes hostile resistance. Now I tell people that, and the reaction I get is, “it wouldn’t surprise me.”
A majority of the American people believe that John F. Kennedy was done in by the government. And yet, the powers that be still possess the thrown. Once the American people had concluded that one bullet could not have produced seven wounds, we had to conclude that there was a conspiracy, and one that involved the participation of and cover-up of the government.
Like the “single bullet theory” the 9/11 commission’s claim that intense heat caused the collapse is the center basis of the Muslim terrorist official story.
But since we’re talking of intense heat; go back and watch some videos, do the twin towers seem to be exhibiting signs of intense heat to you? Lack of oxygen. Black smoke. Use your eye as your common sense (to borrow a quote).
Why was it that only the WTC complex fell? Why was molten metal caused by thermite found in the debris of the towers and building 7? Who had the better chance of moving the thermite into place, the government or terrorists?
Consider for a moment that Marvin P. Bush (G. W. younger brother) was a principal with a company called Securacom, which provided security at the WTC. From 1999 to 2002 Bush and the Bush brothers cousin Wirt Walker III were CEOs of Securacom. Even for a great Bruce Willis movie, this cannot be made up.
In the weeks leading up to September 11, 2001 sections and floors of the towers were shut down and evacuated. Ben Fountain, a financial analyst for Firemans Fund in a People magazine article said this:
“How could they let this happen? They knew this building was a target. Over the past few weeks we’d been evacuated a number of times, which is unusual. I think they had an inkling something was going on.”
In reference to September 11, 2001, we have a long way to go. The who was once called America’s most wanted man is still at large (depending on which theory you want to believe: Dead, Alive, or still a CIA asset). The failures of that day have never been fully investigated nor prosecuted. Nine years later and we are still no closer to safety than what we were on September 10, 2001.
Ghosts of the victims beg us to ask the appalling questions: How was it that on a single day a $40 billion defense system failed the American people? Where is the eighty some odd Pentagon video tapes? Upon what is out Constitution made when (as Kevin Costner said) secrecy validates the accendency of invisible government?
