McGill anti-abortion student club suspended

McGill University in Canada has suspended Choose Life, an anti-abortion group for ‘distrubuting graphic material’ and because people felt ‘that their safety had come into question’.

Student society president Ivan Nielson has said that the material contained ‘questionable material’ and came from ‘questionable sources’.  Even though Nielson has said that the society has no stance on abortion, pro-choice supporters who stormed a Choose Life rally have not been suspended.

I am against abortion and find the ‘woman’s rights’ issue to be another excuse for a promiscuous lifestyle.  I feel that this is just another attack on the morally ‘right’ of abortion.
